Communication Policy
Doctors in the practice may be contacted during business hours. If the doctor is busy a message will be left with the doctor or nurse, who will action as necessary. Emergency calls will always be put through to our doctor or nurse. There is a limit to the number of phone consults each doctor is able to do per day.

Communications with patients may occur via electronic means with appropriate appropriate regard to privacy. Email, SMS and fax is only used with patient consent. If you wish to opt out of SMS or letter reminders, please let reception know.
Email correspondence with you doctor is discouraged due to privacy concerns. Email correspondence with doctors will not be actioned without first discussing with doctor or nurse. Please call the surgery in the first instance for appointments, advice referral or scripts.

Suggestions
We welcome your suggestions. If you have any complaints or concerns, please discuss this with us in person or write a letter. We will respond to all complaints within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission.
